Heh, Withdrawal
Okay, so right now I'm kinda weird in the head and the body as my body and my head are in withdrawal from my medication. Because I stayed up for ages and then slept for ages, that's why. Withdrawal from these ones comes on fast and hard. I'm shaking slightly. Wee. Good luck with my brain working enough to figure out how to balance cooking my chicken and my potatoes at the same time without burning either, right?

Anyway, sleeping ages DOES have the advantage of bringing my wicked crazy dreams. Though I had many last night, I think I shall tell you of the people who are in charge of dreams who live along the road to hell. The road to hell featured in an earlier dream, in which I was on it, but we'll leave that one. So yeah, there was a house, disguised as a daycare, along the road to hell, which was actually a footpath to hell. Living in this house were Phillip, a woman, and Phillip's four year old child who frequently changed switched genders. Phillip and the woman were in an open relationship. The woman had a role both as a person in the dream world, and as a runner of the dream world, but Phillip was soley a running things person. I almost killed Phillip a few times by requesting specific dreams and overexerting him because he sucked  hardcore at actually delivering. But it turned it to be something he'd been eating and not my dream requests that had almost killed him. Didn't change the fact that he sucked at giving me the dreams I wanted. Fail, Phillip, fail.

Hell-bound souls traveled along the road to hell towards their final destination. We could see them, but regular people could not. Most of the souls could see neither us nor regular folk. Some could, and were powerful enough to even get off the road and attack the house. Phillip was the one who took care of them. He was pretty good at fighting them. Because regular people and the hell-bound couldn't see each other, regular people could use the road as a normal footpath since for some reason it also meant they were unable to touch each other. If, however, one of us went on the hell road and came into contact with one of the souls, it would gain awareness and would attack us. This was why I was concerned by Phillip allowing his 4 year old to play near the road unsupervised. But that was before I realised that the kid was super smart, super strong and had super powers.

Speaking of super powers, mine were pretty kick ass. I could return Phillip to health, make plants grow, make cauliflower grow into cheese. Nice cheese, too. Quite good. I could fly... I think I turned into an owl to do this. Possibly.

Anyway, that was that dream.

Lately I've been trying to induce Hey Jude dreams with limited success. See, I'm aware in my dream that I want to. I'm like, in the dream world, saying, "okay, now I want to dream about the characters of my story to inspire ideas'. Seriously, I am that fucking aware of myself in dreams. I think the main problem is not having a clear mental image of them. Like, I know what my characters look like, but in a vague kinda way, you know? I can easily dream of people I know or people from TV because I have a sharp mental image. Jude, who I can imagine clearish, is useless because he's the POV character. Sure, I could do it 3rd person, but it just doesn't seem to work like that. I had one dream from his POV, but it didn't relate to the story much.

Mikey I can do, to a degree. The other night I dreamt of an evil pajama wearing little kid version of him who stabbed me in the face with those little metal rulers a couple of times. Last night I dreamt I had a friend who was called Mikey, and who looked like Mikey, but was not Mikey. He was fairly depressed and insecure, and the only time he acted much like Mikey was when he was on drugs. Yeah. I had to constantly resist the urge to wibble over him though, he was so cute.

Ion? Ion, I cannot do. He is so fucking hard to visualise, and while I've found art and such that reminds me a lot of Jude and Mikey, there's fuckall that looks anything like Ion. I do know what he looks like, and ironically, his appearance came from a dream, but I just cannot get a clear over all image going to generate him in my dream. I'll stand there, in my dream, trying. And failing. Boo. I need someone with super art skills and super patience to draw him for me. Perhaps when The Sims 3 comes out I can make a sim of him and that'll be enough? That would be nice.

Anyway, I didn't burn my food and now I am going to eat it.

I kept an eye on my watch and went and put in/turned/took out my food when necessary in between typing. And yes, I'm feeling a lot better now, thanks :)
