Turns out I'm lazy...
Yeah, so I was going to do this whole big thing and tell the exciting story of my holiday with pictures and stuff, but I've decided it's not worth the effort. Here's a link to my DA, where I've uploaded some of my pictures from the holiday, if you're interested: http://potatoe1988.deviantart.com/

I'll tell you a few things quick anyway, though.

There are tons of birds on the island, and because people feed them, they're quite tame. There are a ton of cockatoos, some kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets and seagulls. I also saw this really tiny bird which ate nectar from flowers. Not a humming bird, but kinda similar. It made strange sounds.

Everyone drives golf carts on the island. I mean, there are a few vehicles obviously, for practical purposes, but regular people don't own cars. All the car parks are designed for golf carts. Ours had really unresponsive brakes, which was kind of freaky especially when going down hills, where it would speed up a lot. Fun, though.

Um, yeah... that's enough about that. It was a fun holiday and I enjoyed it.
